It is how I personally stopped smoking. I just kept thanking Him and one day I woke up and knew that it had been taken away. That didn't mean I didn't go through withdrawal, it didn't mean that I had to deal with my feelings, etc. But smoking was taken off the table and I had to figure out how I was going "to do life" without them. God is big enough to carry whatever you are trying to let go of...whatever your hurt, habit or hangup He truly is bigger...... Blessings ~ Tammy I know it sounds crazy but I have done this.
