Trying to control/fix addictions, compulsive behaviors, depression, and anxiety without changing the faulty belief system that support it is an exercise in futility. Every behavior good or bad is supported by your beliefs.  Many people have spent years examining their past to explain the why but understanding is usually as far as they got.  Knowing the belief doesn’t change the belief.  Having the ability to know and change the belief is where the rubber meets the road.  Change comes when you uncover the belief, own the truth and release the emotions keeping you stuck.

Sounds easy, yeah right!  After years of therapy, self help books, prayer lines, antidepressants, you name it I’ve tried it; I walk in freedom today!  If you know what it is to be plagued by darkness, hopelessness and to be tormented by your past, then you understand the unbelievable desire to walk in freedom.  I want you to know peace.  You no longer have to be a victim of your addiction, depression, anxiety or your past.  There is a way out, there is hope to stop coping and start living!

As a Life Care Practitioner | Certified Life Breakthrough Coach |  Relapse Prevention Specialist | Certified Biblical Counselor, I have created a system for bringing emotional, spiritual and physical freedom to my clients. If you are willing to change, this process will make you able to change.  We all have addictions/compulsions; we do things we know are self destructive, but we continue to do them in spite of the consequences.  Recovery means changing your life, by dealing with your beliefs, identity, behavior and relationships with God and others.  Your willingness to be transparent and honest will be a reflection of your motivation to change. 

What I have come to understand is I suffered from a broken heart and had built up a lot of coping behaviors to protect the wounds.  God is still in the healing business.  Having walked this journey of healing my commission is to help others walk the path to freedom.  It is time….to Stop Coping and Start LIVING!
