Addiction, compulsive behaviors, depression, anxiety…..

Trying to control/fix addictions, compulsive behaviors, depression, and anxiety without changing the faulty belief system that support it is an exercise in futility. Every behavior goodor bad is supported by your beliefs. Many people have spent years examining their past to explain the why but understanding the belief that you began to operate by because of the why is where the rubber meets the road. Change comes when you uncover the belief, own the truth and put action steps in place to walk in truth.

Sounds easy, yeah right! After years of therapy, self help books, prayer lines, antidepressants, you name it I walk in freedom today. If you know what it is to be plagued by darkness, hopelessness and to be tormented with your past, then you understand the unbelievable desire to walk in freedom. I want you to know hope. You no longer have to be a victim of your addiction, depression, or past. Jesus has made a way out. He is in the healing business.

As a Certified Relapse Prevention Specialist, Biblical Lay Counselor, Life Coach and Theophostic trained I utilize processes such as the Genesis Change Process to bring emotional, spiritual and the physical freedom to my clients.

Please know the work I ask you do is not for the faint of heart. What I came to understand is that I suffered from a broken heart and had built up a lot of hardness to protect the wounds. God is in the business.

There is light at the end of the proverbial tunnel and I know today that it is the light of Jesus Christ.
